Rutvij Hospital

Rutvij Hospital is right across from the Harinagar Bus Stop on Gotri Road. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the bus stop is, so we never have to give complicated directions. Gotri has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. The hospital isn't a massive complex; it’s more of a mid-sized building. We have a few wards and a place for emergencies. In the mornings, you can see the commuters waiting for the bus while our staff arrives for their shifts. The lobby has some benches that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don't have a cafeteria, but there are plenty of food stalls just down the road. It gets a little noisy with the buses pulling in and out, but you get used to the sound after a while. We see a lot of elderly people from the neighborhood who’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a comfortable relationship. We don't do much in the way of decoration; the walls are mostly bare except for some charts and notices. We focus on getting through the daily list of patients and making sure everyone is taken care of. It’s just a regular hospital serving the Gotri area. We try to keep things simple and direct without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules for visitors.
