Rushijana Vocational Education & Skill Development Research Foundation is located at 208/209 in the Shrinath Complex. If you are familiar with the Vadodara Taluka area, you probably know the spot across from the Memon Shopping Village. That’s where we are. We have two units side by side, which gives us enough room for our research and vocational work. It’s a straightforward setup. We spend most of our time here focusing on skill development. The complex itself stays fairly busy with local shoppers and other small businesses nearby. We aren't here to put on a show; we just have our office doors open for the work we do. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy for people in the village and the surrounding Taluka to find. Sometimes the parking gets a little crowded near Shrinath Complex, especially during peak hours at the shopping center across the way. Inside our rooms at 208 and 209, things are kept simple. We focus on the research foundation's tasks without a lot of extra noise. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Being right there near Memon Shopping means we are part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. We’ve been in this part of Vadodara for some time now, and the foundation just keeps moving forward from this small, functional office space. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a couple of rooms where we get things done every day.
