Ruchi Study Centre

Ruchi Study Centre is located in the Santkawnar Colony area. We are on the 18th Cross, which is just off 15th Main in the M C Layout. Our house number is E/116. This is where we have set up our learning space. It is not a big school or a fancy coaching institute. It is really just a collection of rooms in a residential building that we have converted for students to come and study. We have some wooden desks, a few whiteboards, and lots of books stacked up in the corners. The atmosphere is usually quite studious, though it gets a bit loud when the younger kids arrive for their afternoon sessions. We started this because we saw a need for a local place where students could get some extra help with their schoolwork. We do not have air conditioning, so the fans are always spinning to keep everyone cool. Most of the parents who live in the colony know us by name. It is a very local operation and we like it that way. We do not have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the kids understand their math and science. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with papers everywhere, but that is just part of the learning process. We keep things simple and focus on the daily lessons. It is a quiet, helpful spot in the neighborhood for students to sit down and focus.
