Infinito Guitar Academy & Band

I’ve been teaching guitar here at Infinito Guitar Academy & Band for some time now. We are located over at Sb/15, Silver Coin Complex, right near Shrenik Park Char Rasta. It’s a bit of a walk from the main Sony World building but not too far. The room is full of guitars hanging on the walls and some old amps that hum a bit. I also play in the band, so things get pretty busy on weekends. Students come in, some are kids and some are older folks who just want to learn a few chords. We aren’t a big corporate school, it is just a place to play. Sometimes the strings break right in the middle of a lesson. I usually have some spares in the drawer. Old Padra Road is always noisy with traffic, but we try to keep the music louder than the cars outside. My friend helps with the drums sometimes. We spent a lot of time setting up the soundproofing, though it's not perfect. You can hear the neighbor's TV if it’s quiet. We just like playing instruments. It’s a small space, so it gets warm when the whole band is practicing. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Just some chairs and a lot of sheet music scattered around on the floor. It takes a lot of practice to get a song right and we spend hours doing that.
