Gennext

We are located over in the Fategunj area of Vadodara, which is always a lively part of the city. There’s always students and people walking around outside our doors. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and it’s become our second home. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. We started Gennext because we wanted to do something useful in the local community, and it just grew from there without us really planning for it to get too big. We don't have those fancy glass walls or expensive office furniture you see in the movies. It’s just a practical space where we sit down and get through our tasks every day. Some days are pretty quiet, while others are a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once. We like the energy of Vadodara, and being in Fategunj means there is always something happening nearby. We handle our daily work one step at a time, trying not to overcomplicate things. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing the internet when it goes down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words; we just want to do a decent job and keep the place running smoothly for another year. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but it feels like a real workplace where work gets done.
