Ravi Travels

You can find Ravi Travels over at Kishan Complex on Gotri Road. We are right across from Yash Complex, which is a pretty busy spot most days. The office is small and usually has a couple of us sitting behind the desks answering phones or checking schedules on the screens. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to find a route that actually works for them. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave at the same time. We have a few maps on the walls and plenty of old notebooks filled with contact details. It is not a high-tech operation, just a local travel desk where we try to help out our neighbors. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to call the airlines directly, which takes forever, but that is just part of the job. We see a lot of the same faces coming in year after year to book their family trips. We do not have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most of what we do is just sitting here at B/53 Gotri Road, making sure the tickets are right and the timings are okay for our customers. It is a lot of typing and talking, but it is good to see people head off on their vacations. We try to keep things simple and honest.
