Ravi Art

Ravi Art is located at Shop Number E 8 in the Kashi Vishweshwar Township. We are in the Chikuwadi area along Jetalpur Road, right across from Khusboo Corner in Alkapuri. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city. We do a variety of work including nameplates, painting, and other general art services. The shop is pretty full of samples, with pieces of glass, metal, and wood leaning against the walls. It can get a bit tight if more than a couple of people come in at once. We’ve been doing this for a long time. We started with mostly hand-painted signs before we got any machines. We still prefer doing things by hand when we have the chance. We don't have any fancy office staff or a management team. It’s just us. We spend our days at the workbench or talking to neighbors about what kind of nameplate they want for their new flat. Sometimes we have to leave the shop to go and fix a sign somewhere, so we just pull the shutter down for a bit. We don't have a big glossy catalog to show people. We just show them photos of what we’ve done for other people in the township. It’s a practical and honest way to do business. We aren't looking to become a big chain or anything. We just enjoy making things that look right and satisfy the person who asked for them.
