We are located at 432 in the Paradise Complex, which is right by Soni Ni Chali Rasta in Sayajigun. It’s a very busy intersection, so finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache most days. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, and we are just one of many. Our office is a straightforward space. We have some metal cupboards for all the files and a few wooden desks that have been with us since we started. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we have to read small print late into the evening. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with coffee machines. Usually, if someone comes to see us, they just pull up a plastic chair. It’s a very practical environment. We spend our hours typing away and checking figures. The sounds of horns and traffic from the Rasta are always there in the background. Sometimes we close the windows to get some peace, but it gets stuffy. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing something quick from a nearby vendor. There isn’t a lot of "corporate culture" here; we just work until the job is finished. The carpet is a little worn in the spots where we walk the most. It’s an honest place where people work hard. We don’t put on any acts. We just handle the business at hand and keep things moving forward day by day.
