Queens Beauty Parlour

Queens Beauty Parlour is over in Vrajraj Society, right at F/15. It’s on Waghodia Road here in Vadodara. Most of our neighbors know us because we are directly opposite Bapod Talav. If you are coming from Vrundavan Cross Road, we are just a short walk away. It’s a small shop where I do things like threading, waxing, and different hair treatments. I have been running this place for several years now. It gets quite busy on the weekends, especially when there are weddings or festivals happening in town. The chairs are a bit old but they are still comfortable for the customers. We try to keep everything as clean as we can. Most of the ladies who visit live in the nearby houses and apartments. It’s nice because I know almost everyone by their name. You can see the pond from the front of the shop. If you are looking for the turn, it’s right near the water. We don't have a massive neon sign or anything, just a simple board outside. I usually open around 10 am, but sometimes I’m a few minutes late if the traffic is bad. I have one girl who helps me out when it’s crowded. We have some old magazines for people to look at while they wait their turn. It’s just a regular local place where you can get your eyebrows shaped or a quick haircut without any fuss. We just do our work and head home at night.
