Quality Machinery Stores

Quality Machinery Stores is located in the Sun Plaza Tower-A. We have units 2 and 3 on the lower levels. Our building is right near the Vadsar Bridge in the Makarpura G.I.D.C. area of Vadodara. This is a very active part of the city for anyone involved in machinery or industrial supplies. The plaza is always full of people from the different factories nearby coming and going. Our store is packed with inventory. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling because we try to keep a bit of everything on hand. It can look a little disorganized to someone who doesn't work here, but we know exactly where every part is. The office area is just a couple of desks shoved into the corner where we handle the billing. Sometimes the traffic on the bridge gets backed up and we just sit and watch it from the front. It is a noisy area, but that is expected in a G.I.D.C. zone. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us in Makarpura for years. They usually just walk in, tell us what they need, and we go find it in the back. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. We just answer the phone and help the people who show up at our door. It is a basic way of doing business, but it works for us. Sun Plaza is a good spot to be for this kind of work.
