If you are driving down VIP Road in Karelibaug, look for Shop No 1 near Amit Nagar. That is where we run Punit Security Solution. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of honking and noise outside our door. We’ve got a small shop front that we try to keep neat, but with all the CCTV cameras and DVR boxes coming in and out, it gets messy pretty fast. We spend a lot of our time going out to houses and offices to install systems. When we are at the shop, we are usually checking the monitor feeds or putting together quotes for people. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different people behind the counter depending on the time of day. We don’t use those slick marketing brochures. If someone asks for a camera, we just show them the different ones we have and tell them which one has a better picture at night. The tea stall next door is where we spend our breaks. Karelibaug is a good area, and we’ve made a lot of friends with the other shopkeepers around here. We aren't looking to grow into some huge chain. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us feel like they got a fair deal and a system that actually works when they need it.
