Gunatit Instrumentation

Gunatit Instrumentation is on the first floor of Satyam Flats, at Plot No-101. We’re in the Wadi area, very close to the Shani Temple. You can often hear the temple bells from our windows, which is quite nice during the day. We work with instruments and measuring tools. It’s precise work, so we need a bit of quiet, though Wadi can be a bit loud. The flat we work out of isn't a traditional office. It feels more like a workshop. We’ve got shelves lining the walls filled with gauges and meters. It’s been our home base for a good while. People usually find us by asking around near the temple. We don't do much advertising. We just focus on the calibration and repairs that come our way. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to be careful. Most of our days are spent hunched over a bench with small tools. It’s a slow process sometimes, but that’s the nature of instrumentation. We have our regulars who come in for their yearly checks. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We like the neighborhood and the people who live in the flats around us. It feels like a small community.
