Princes Ladies Beauty Parlour

Running this place at B-24 in Bhakti Tenament isn't always easy, especially with the traffic on Atladara Main Road. We are right there near the Sun Pharma Chowkdi, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. The parlour itself is just a simple setup for the ladies in Atladara. I spend a lot of my time just keeping things organized. The floor needs sweeping every hour because of all the hair, and the towels always need washing. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do. Most people find us because they live in the tenements nearby or they pass by on their way to work. We don't do anything very fancy here, just the usual things like threading, waxing, and hair cuts. When it gets really busy on the weekends, the room feels a bit tight, but nobody seems to mind much. We usually just talk about the local news or what’s cooking for dinner while I work. It’s a very local vibe. The Sun Pharma area has changed a lot since we started, but the parlour stays pretty much the same. I like the routine of it all. Opening up in the morning, seeing the regulars, and closing when the sun goes down. It’s just a regular life here in Vadodara, nothing more and nothing less. I think people like that it feels like a normal home instead of a stiff office.
