Our place is spread across units 38, 39, and 40 in the Padmavati Shopping Centre. It is right near the Dadar Police Colony in Vadodara. Being in a shopping center means there is always a bit of a buzz around the place. You have people coming and going for all sorts of reasons. We have been in these units for a while, and we have kind of made the space our own. It is not fancy or anything. There are boxes stacked in the corners and the lighting could be a bit brighter, but it works for what we do. We like the location because it is easy for people to find us once they get into the center. We spend our days mostly handling orders and talking to the people who stop in. Sometimes the police from the colony next door come by just to say hello or get something they need. It is a friendly atmosphere. We do not have any big corporate policies. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. That is the way we have always operated. We do not use fancy language or try to sell people on things they do not want. We are just a local company trying to make a living like everyone else in Vadodara. It is a lot of work keeping up with three units, but we managed to find a rhythm that works for us.
