Palash Hospital

Our building is located at A-2 Bhakti Nagar in the Makarpura area. It's a busy corner of the world, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a while. The hospital isn't a giant skyscraper; it’s more of a local fixture where people know the entrance by heart. Every morning, the staff arrives and we start the usual routine of checking on the rooms and making sure the front desk is sorted. Makarpura has a lot of movement, so there is always someone coming in or out. The halls are painted a standard light color, and we keep the furniture simple because it’s a practical place, not a showroom. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but they keep the air moving during the hot afternoons. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our day is just spent talking to families and handling the paperwork that comes with running a hospital. It can get a bit hectic around lunchtime when the shift changes happen. We try to keep things organized, though things get messy sometimes when it’s a full house. People from Bhakti Nagar usually just walk over if they need something. We focus on just being here and doing the work that needs to be done. It’s a plain, honest kind of place where the focus is on the people in the beds rather than fancy signs.
