Our office, Othello Developers Llp, is located on the 4th floor of the R. K. Centre on Fathegunj Main Road. Being in Vadodara means things are always moving, and the traffic downstairs can be a real headache some afternoons. We have been working out of this spot for some time, handling various development projects across the city. The office is not very fancy; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up maps in the corners. We spend a good chunk of our day talking to contractors and checking on progress. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s just how things go. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller group of us who actually know what is happening at every site. Fathegunj is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of Vadodara quickly. We mostly just focus on getting the work done and making sure the buildings are solid. There is a lot of back-and-forth with officials and suppliers, which can be tiring sometimes. We don't have a marketing department or a slick presentation. We just show people what we have built. It's an honest way to run a business. Most of our clients come to us because they saw another project we finished nearby and liked how it looked.
