Running a business from a basement isn't always glamorous, but it works for us here at Vraj Apartments. We are right opposite Gulab Vatika on Tandalja Road, just off Old Padra Road. If you aren't looking for the sign, you might walk right past the entrance. We spend a lot of time down here working with scanners and ID systems. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment of barcode printers comes in, and we have to stack boxes wherever they’ll fit. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is. We’ve been handling these kinds of machines for years, so the smell of plastic and warm electronics feels like home to us. Most of our day is spent testing equipment or explaining to someone how to load a ribbon without it getting tangled. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a cluttered desk surrounded by half-assembled scanners. It’s a practical setup. We know the Tandalja area well, and we’ve seen the shops around us change names and owners while we just kept doing our thing in the basement. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the wires and spare parts, but we get the jobs done. Timescan is basically just a group of people who understand how to make tracking stuff easier for other businesses, without making a big fuss or using fancy words about it.
