Our office is at G-12 in Shiv Shakti Society, which is right near Jalaram Society in the Panchwati area of Gorwa. It is situated along the Refinery Road, so it is a very busy part of Baroda. You have to navigate through quite a bit of traffic to get to us, especially during rush hour when the tankers are moving. Rigelnetworks Pvt Ltd is based in a ground-floor unit that stays relatively cool compared to the street outside. We have a lot of cables and hardware lying around because that is just the nature of what we do. It is not a polished showroom; it is a working office where things actually get built and fixed. We have a small staff and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on our screens. Sometimes the internet acts up or the heat gets to be too much, but we just deal with it and keep moving. There is a lot of dust from the road, so we are constantly wiping down our monitors. We do not have a dedicated break room, so we just eat at our desks or head out to one of the small shops nearby. It is a gritty, busy part of town, and we like being in the thick of it. It feels like we are right in the heart of the city's industry.
