Open Space Property

You can find us over at 52 Geb Gidc Estate in Sampatrao Colony. We are on the ground floor, right opposite the Circuit House. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the neighborhood. The office for Open Space Property is a simple one. We’ve got a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Being near the Gidc Estate means there’s always something going on nearby. We spend our time dealing with land and buildings. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We spend a good chunk of the day talking to people who are looking for a bit of space for their own use or maybe an investment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see who comes by. Sometimes we’re out in the field looking at plots of land, and other times we’re just sitting here answering the phone. The view of the Circuit House is familiar to us now. We’ve seen the colony change over the years as new people move in and old ones move on. It’s a practical place to be. We just handle the paperwork, talk to the owners, and try to make sure everything is in order. It’s just a regular local business doing what needs to be done. We don't make a big fuss about things and just try to get the work finished.
