Om Personal Tuition

We are right on Waghodiya Road here in Vadodara. It is just a small place for personal tuition. I started this because I noticed many students in the neighborhood were struggling to keep up with their classes at school. In a big classroom, it is easy to get lost or feel shy about asking questions. Here, it is just one-on-one or a very small group. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls or expensive gadgets. It is just a simple room with some desks, chairs, and a bunch of books stacked up. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the traffic outside, but we just close the window and get on with the work. I have lived in this area for a long time, so people know who I am. Parents usually bring their kids by after school. We go through the chapters slowly. If a student doesn't understand a math problem or a science concept, we just do it again. It is not about being the smartest; it is just about putting in the time. I like seeing the kids gain a bit of confidence when they finally get something right. We stay open late sometimes if there is a big exam coming up. It is just a regular part of life here.
