Nirali Beauty Parlour

Nirali Beauty Parlour is situated at 38/E in Harinagar Society. We are right on Gotri Road, which most people in Vadodara know pretty well. Our shop is directly opposite the Anand Balwadi, so we see a lot of activity when the school opens and closes. It’s a cozy little spot that we’ve tried to make comfortable for everyone who visits. We focus on basic beauty services like threading, waxing, and hair oils. The room is decorated simply with some flowers and curtains to give a bit of privacy. Since we are in a housing society, the atmosphere is very friendly and not at all stiff. I usually have the radio on low or maybe a fan going if it's hot out. People from Harinagar and the nearby Gotri apartments come here because it’s convenient and they don’t have to go all the way to a big mall. I try to keep everything tidy, though with hair and powder, it’s a constant job. I work mostly by myself, so I get to know the ladies who come in quite well. We talk about our families and what’s happening in the neighborhood while I work. It’s a simple life running a small parlor like this. There aren't any big signs or bright neon lights, just a small board at the gate. It's a peaceful place to work every day. I usually take a break in the afternoons.
