Nilesh Precision Works

Nilesh Precision Works is located at Plot No. 471 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Makarpura. This part of Vadodara is huge and can be a bit overwhelming if you are not used to it. Our plot is just one of many, but we have made it our own over the years. Because we do precision work, we try to keep our internal space a bit cleaner than the dusty roads outside might suggest. You cannot have grit getting into everything when you are trying to be accurate. We do not have any air-conditioned offices or polished floors here. It is a working shop with a solid roof and the right tools for the job. Our workers have steady hands and years of experience under their belts. We have a small corner with a desk for handling the bills, but no one spends much time sitting there. We are almost always near the lathes and machines. Every morning starts the same way, with a bit of a chat about the day's requirements before the noise of the estate kicks in. We do not use a lot of corporate jargon or have long-winded meetings. We just get the measurements right and move on to the next piece of work. It is often tiring, and the G.I.D.C. never really seems to sleep, but we have a good rhythm going at Plot 471. It is just what we do.
