You can find Nilesh Plastic over at Plot No.- D 19 in the Sardar Industrial Estate. We are right off Ajwa Road, which is a busy spot for all sorts of businesses. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial unit with a lot of stuff moving in and out. Inside, it’s mostly about the production lines and making sure everything is running like it should. We’ve been here for a while and the routine doesn’t change much from day to day. We open up early, get the lights on, and start the machines. There is always a lot of dust and the smell of materials, but you stop noticing that after the first ten minutes. It’s a lot of hard work and keeping an eye on the details so nothing goes wrong. The Sardar Industrial Estate is a loud place, always full of the sound of engines and people shouting to be heard. We fit right in. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the plastic products we make and hope the quality speaks for itself. Dealing with the heat and the noise is just part of the job. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we know how to work together without saying much. It’s just a practical, local business doing what we do every day.
