Happy Home

You can find us at Plot No-17 inside the Ajnjani Comlex. It’s right there in the Gidc area of Tarsali. If you know where the big water tank is near Ashish Park, we are very close to that. It’s a busy spot on Makarpura Road. I started Happy Home because I wanted to stay local. Every morning I unlock the shutters and sweep the front. It’s a lot of manual work. People stop by on their way home from work. The complex can get quite loud with all the other businesses going on. We have a lot of items crammed onto the shelves. Sometimes it takes me a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. My son helps out on the weekends when he’s not at school. We aren't trying to be some giant supermarket. It’s just a shop. We talk to the customers about their families and the local news. The fan in the back makes a weird clicking noise but it keeps us cool enough. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just word of mouth from people living in Ashish Park and around. It’s a simple life. We close up when the sun goes down, usually. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if someone needs something urgent. That's just how we do things here.
