Sunrise Surgicals

Sunrise Surgicals is situated in Raopura, right near the GPO Market area. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it’s a whirlwind of activity with people everywhere and constant noise. We are right in the middle of it all. Our shop is where we keep all the surgical and medical supplies that hospitals and doctors in the area need. It’s a small space, and we have to stack things pretty high to make everything fit. You’ll see boxes of gloves, masks, and surgical instruments piled up nearly to the ceiling. It’s often a bit of a squeeze to get around the counter, but we make it work. The morning starts with the sounds of the market waking up, and we usually have our first few customers before we’ve even finished our morning tea. It’s a fast-paced environment because medical needs don’t wait. We don't have time for a lot of decorations or fancy displays; we just need to know where every item is so we can get it out the door quickly. Sometimes the deliveries arrive all at once, and the whole shop becomes a maze of cardboard. We’ve been part of the Raopura scene for a while now, and we’re just a bunch of people trying to keep the local medical community stocked up. It’s a bit hectic and cluttered, but it’s a necessary part of the neighborhood.
