Environ Engineering Co is located at 864/3/B GIDC in Makarpura. Being in the GIDC area means there is always dust and the sound of trucks passing by. Our space is filled with equipment and parts that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of engineering tasks that involve a lot of welding and cutting. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal by the end of the shift. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s an industrial shop, and it looks like one. The air always smells a bit like ozone and burnt oil. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for quite a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we work best. Sometimes we have to go out to other sites to see how things are running, but most of the heavy lifting happens right here at 864/3/B. We just focus on the task in front of us, whether it’s a small part or a big assembly. There’s no marketing team here, just people who know how to use a wrench and a torch. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty within the first five minutes of the day, but that’s just the nature of the business in Makarpura. It keeps us on our toes every day.
