Neelam Stores

Neelam Stores is over at 1 Ravi Complex. We are right near Bmp Chamber on Hosur Road, specifically in Phase 2 of Gotri. It’s a solid location for a store. I’ve been working here at this shop for a long time now. Ravi Complex is a well-known spot, so most people don't have much trouble finding where we are. We have a lot of shelves and they are usually full to the brim. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything tidy when it gets busy, but we do our best. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a bit much during the rush hour, but it brings a lot of people in. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just sell things that people need. I usually have the radio playing some old songs in the background while I work. My son comes in after school to help me unload the crates when we get a delivery. It’s a family effort, really. We aren't some big chain store, just a local shop in Gotri. We know most of our regular customers by their names. It feels good when someone stops in just to say hello and ask how the family is doing. We’ve seen other shops come and go in this complex over the years, but we’re still here. It’s just Neelam Stores, nothing more or less. We are here every day.
