My Saloon Hair & Beauty

Our place, My Saloon Hair & Beauty, is at F-32 Punjabhai Park on Gotri Road. We are directly opposite the Gayatri Party Plot. During the wedding season, it gets very busy around here with all the functions and music. We see a lot of people coming in to get ready for those events. Gotri Road is a nice area and Punjabhai Park is a well-known spot. The shop does both hair and beauty stuff, so we have a mix of customers. It’s not a huge place, but we have made good use of the space in F-32. We have the different sections for different services. It’s a friendly atmosphere where we know a lot of the ladies and gentlemen from the neighborhood by name. We don't use any complicated systems for appointments; mostly people just walk in or call us. The daily routine is quite predictable except when there is a big party across the road. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a while. We use basic products that get the job done right. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't spend much on marketing because word of mouth in Gotri seems to work fine for us. We just try to keep the place tidy and the customers happy with their look. It is a good little spot in a good part of town.
