Our office is on the second floor of Anmol Avenue. If you are on R V Desai Road in Chakala, you just look for the Shadow Fashions shop and we are right above it. We are also across from the Usha Kiran Building. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is a nice spot once you get there. We deal with all sorts of travel things. People come in wanting to book a bus or ask about train tickets to see their family. Sometimes it is for a holiday, but mostly it is just regular travel. We have a few desks and some old calendars on the walls. It is a lot of phone calls and typing on the computer to find the right prices. The street outside is always full of traffic and noise, which we can hear through the windows. We see the same people walking by every day. It is a local business, so we know a lot of the folks in the neighborhood. We help them with their forms and explain how the different routes work. It is not like the big online sites. We actually talk to people. Sometimes they just come in to sit for a minute and chat while we look up their flight. We have been in this Anmol Avenue spot for a good bit of time now and it feels like home to us.
