Meera Class

Meera Class is tucked into B 13 and 14 of the Gajanand Complex in Makarpura. We are quite close to the S T Depot, which makes it easy for people to find us since the buses are always coming and going. The Vadodara 390014 area is always humming with activity. Our rooms are basic. We have some fans on the ceiling that hum a lot, especially in July when it’s really humid. We’ve been here in Gajanand Complex for quite some time now. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so it’s a friendly enough atmosphere in the hallway. Sometimes the noise from the bus depot is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have some wooden benches and a few chairs for when parents come to talk to us about their kids. There is a small window in the back room that looks out towards the street. We usually keep the door open to let some air in if it’s not too dusty or noisy outside. It is not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a couple of rooms where we do our teaching every day. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to fit everyone in. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of everything in paper registers. We like it this way though. It’s how we have always done things here in Makarpura. Just a regular class.
