Medicare Medical

Medicare Medical is located right near Gorwa. It’s a simple shop that doesn't try to be anything it isn't. We just focus on keeping the basic medicines in stock for anyone who lives around this part of Gorwa. The space isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the crates and boxes that come in from the suppliers. We have a small glass counter at the front where we talk to everyone who comes in. Usually, it’s just people looking for something for a headache or a cold. The walls have a few old calendars hanging on them, and the floor is just plain grey stone that we sweep once in the morning. We don't have a big staff, so if one of us is busy in the back, the person at the front has to wait a minute or two. It’s a quiet place most of the time, except when the school nearby lets out and the street gets loud for a while. We spend our time checking the fridge where we keep the injections and making sure the temperature stays right. Sometimes the delivery van is late because of the traffic in Gorwa, which can be frustrating, but we manage. We aren’t using any high-tech systems here; we mostly just rely on knowing where everything is kept. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We close up when the sun goes down and head home, just like everyone else on this street.
