Mark Study Centre

Mark Study Centre is up on the second floor of Shantinath Flat, which is room 204. We are right by the Mahaveer Hall Char Rasta on Ajwa Road. If you’ve been through that intersection, you know how loud it gets with all the Rickshaws and bikes. Inside the flat, it’s a bit quieter, though the city sounds still leak in through the windows. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the floors are a bit worn from all the foot traffic. We don’t have any big posters or marketing stuff on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map. It’s a basic study hall where people can come to get away from the distractions at home. The 390019 area is quite busy, so having this little spot in Shantinath Flat is helpful for the local students. We keep the fans running all day to deal with the heat. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who manage the daily stuff and make sure the place stays open on time. It’s not a fancy business, just a practical one. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same block of flats. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just offer a place to sit, read, and learn in a part of Vadodara that’s always on the move.
