We’re located at Gala 7 on the ground floor of the R.N. Arcade. That’s in Millat Nagar, over in the 4th Nizampura area. House number 1146. It’s a fairly busy spot with a lot of shops around us. We do development work, mostly small local projects. The office is a bit small, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit. Nizampura is an active place. There’s always something being built or repaired nearby. We try to keep our head down and just focus on the task at hand. It's not always easy keeping everyone on schedule, but we try. People drop in to ask about new spaces or just to say hello. We don’t have a big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the builders and the guys who sell the cement down the road. That helps get things done faster. Most of our day is just checking on sites and making sure the measurements are right. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this arcade for a while now and the neighbors are good people. It feels like a real community here. We just keep working on our building projects and hope for the best.
