Our office is located at C-25 in the Manusmruti Society, which is right on Station Road. It’s a handy place to be because we are close to the transport links, which matters when you are in the export business. We aren't a massive company with a glass-fronted building. We operate out of a regular building that’s part of a residential and commercial mix. It’s a bit of a low-key operation. We spend most of our time on the phone with suppliers or checking on shipments that are heading out. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a fancy lobby or someone to bring you coffee. Usually, we are all just busy with paperwork or inspecting the goods. We’ve been on Station Road for a while now and we like the rhythm of the place. You can hear the trains occasionally, and there’s always someone moving something on the street. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just handle the logistics and make sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes it’s stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just part of the trade. We’re just a small team of real people trying to make the business work. We value being reliable more than being flashy, which is why we’ve stayed in this modest spot all these years.
