M K Mandowara & Associates

Our office, M K Mandowara & Associates, is located in Anand Appartment, right in the Sayajigun area. We are on the third floor, in unit 303. It’s quite easy to find since we are directly opposite Rajshree Cinema and very close to Hotel Sayaji. Being near the cinema means there’s always a bit of excitement when a new movie releases and the crowds show up. Our workspace is part of an older apartment building, so it has that lived-in feel. It’s not a sleek glass tower. We have some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of chairs for visitors. The lift is a bit slow, so many of us just take the stairs for a bit of exercise. Inside, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the traffic from the main road. We aren't the kind of people who care about having the latest office gadgets. As long as we can do our work, we’re happy. We’ve got stacks of files in the corners because we’ve been here a while and things tend to accumulate. During the day, we mostly just focus on getting through our tasks. We take our breaks when we can, often grabbing a quick snack from one of the stalls near the hotel. It’s a simple, unpretentious environment. We don't have any fancy corporate posters hanging on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home when the day is over.
