Larson & Toubro

We are located over at B/178 Pramukhswami Society, which is right near Sherdinagar Society on the Warsiya Ring Road in Baroda. It’s a good location because the ring road makes it easy for us to get around the city and out to the sites. We use the name Larson & Toubro for this office. The building is part of a regular society, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. We know our neighbors and we try not to be too disruptive with our coming and going. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of paperwork. Dealing with the logistics of projects around Baroda takes up most of our energy. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we say so and then we figure out how to catch up. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen it all. We like the pace of life here in Baroda. It’s busy but not overwhelming like some other cities. We just keep things moving, day by day, and try to stay on top of the list. There isn't much more to it than that. We're just people working hard and trying to stay organized in a busy world where things are always changing.
