L&T Vadodara Bharuch Tollway Limited

We are located right at the Toll Plaza on National Highway-8. Specifically, we are at K.M.-157 near the village of Bharthana in the Karjan Taluka. Working at L&T Vadodara Bharuch Tollway Limited means we are always around cars and trucks. The highway never really sleeps, so there is always something going on. It can be quite loud with the engines and the wind, but you get used to it after the first few days. Our office is a small building right near the gates. It’s not a place where people come to hang out. It’s very functional. We have a lot of monitors and paperwork to keep track of the traffic moving between Vadodara and Bharuch. The weather can be tough out here on the open road, especially in the summer heat or when the monsoon hits. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just focus on keeping the lanes moving and helping drivers when they have questions. It’s a practical job in a very specific location. Bharthana is a quiet village nearby, but our world is mostly the asphalt of NH-8. We take our shifts, do our work, and make sure everything is running as it should. It’s a steady kind of life out here at the kilometer 157 marker. We stay focused on the road.
