Lakme Beauty Parlour

Lakme Beauty Parlour is situated at 17 Rushikesh 2 on VIP Road in Karelibaug. Karelibaug is one of those parts of Vadodara that feels like a big village where everyone knows everyone. We are right there on the VIP Road, which is a main artery for the neighborhood but our specific spot at Rushikesh 2 is a bit more relaxed. It’s a standard beauty parlor. We don't have any flashy lights or massive billboards. It’s just a place where women from the local apartments come to get their hair or skin looked after. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The shop is small and simple. We don't use complicated language or try to sell people things they don't need. It’s just us doing our daily routine. Every morning, we open the doors and get things ready for whoever might walk in. Some days it's very quiet and we just chat with the neighbors, and other days we are on our feet all afternoon. VIP Road can get busy during rush hour, but we are used to the sound of the traffic by now. It’s a comfortable place for us. We don't aim for anything corporate or polished. We just want to be a reliable spot in Karelibaug for anyone who needs a quick beauty service. That’s how we’ve always run things here and it seems to work out fine. We don't bother with fancy social media accounts, we just work and go home.
