Khushali Hair Art

Khushali Hair Art is located at number 19 in the Shangrila Complex on Akota Road. We are right in the Akota area of Vadodara, 390020. If you know the Radha Krishna Char Rasta, we are very close to that landmark. The Akota Road is always busy with people going to and from work. Our shop in the Shangrila Complex has been here for a good while. It’s not a very big place, just enough for a few chairs and a small area to stand. We don't use any flashy signs or big advertisements to get people in. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years and live in the nearby apartments. We spend our days mostly standing, so our legs get tired by the evening. We keep the shop open six days a week, sometimes seven if we feel like it. The air inside is usually thick with the smell of talcum powder and hair spray. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us. We focus on getting the hair right without any rush. Akota is a nice part of Vadodara to be in. The Char Rasta nearby is always a hub of activity. We keep the magazines on the table updated for when there is a wait. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We just provide a place for a haircut in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Sometimes the weather makes it slow, but we stay open regardless.
