Our office is up on the 11th floor of Kirti Tower on Tilak Road. It’s a good spot because we can see quite a bit of Vadodara from up here, especially being so close to Kirti Mandir and Kalaghoda. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on downstairs. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and paper and people trying to figure things out. We aren't really into the flashy stuff you see in some of the newer offices. We prefer keeping things straightforward. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve all worked together for a good stretch now. Most days are spent looking at plans or talking through details. It can get a bit loud when we’re all debating something, but we usually figure it out by the end of the day. People sometimes find the elevator at the tower a bit slow, but it gets you there eventually. We like being in this part of the city because everything is nearby. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don’t really spend money on fancy brochures or things like that. We just focus on the work on our desks. If you’re coming to see us, just head to the 11th floor. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping at it. There is always more work to do than there are hours in the day.
