Kalyan Investment

Our office is over at number 18 in the Patel Timber Market. It’s part of Abhar Society in Nizampura. Being near the timber market means there is always something going on nearby. Kalyan Investment has been here for a good bit of time. It isn't a glossy office like the ones you see in the city center. It’s a practical space. We spend most of our day looking at charts and keeping track of numbers. Sometimes the smell of wood from the market drifts over. We like being in this part of town. People in Nizampura are straightforward, and we try to be the same way. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone who walks in. If someone wants to talk about where to put their money, we pull up a chair. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure everything is in order. The desks are usually piled with papers. We don't have an assistant to open the door, you just come on in. It can get a little crowded when more than two people visit at once, but we manage. Most of our neighbors are in the timber business, so we stand out a little. But it works for us. We’ve been at this address long enough that most locals know the way. It’s just a normal workplace doing normal work. It can get dusty from the market, but we don't mind one bit.
