Kalush Hair Beauty & Skin Care is located at Shop No 27 in the Rajlakshmi Complex. We are on the Main Road of Old Padra Road in Vadodara. It’s right across from the Delhi Express Restaurant. Being on Old Padra Road means we see a lot of people every day. The shop is a decent size. We have a section for hair and another part for skin treatments. It gets a bit noisy because of the restaurant across the street. We’ve got some posters on the walls of different hairstyles from a few years ago. They are a bit faded but they show what we can do. We use ordinary products that you find in most local shops. It’s not a luxury place. The chairs are a bit old but they are still sturdy. I spend a lot of time on my feet here. We get a lot of people coming in after they eat lunch across the road. It’s a simple setup. We have a mirror for every chair and a sink at the back that leaks a tiny bit. We just put a bucket under it. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s just a place to get your skin cleaned up or your hair trimmed. We talk about the weather or the traffic mostly. We use a little radio to keep things from being too quiet when there are no customers. Most of the time we just listen to the traffic on Old Padra Road. That's the life of a shop owner here.
