Jayesh Ramani

I am Jayesh Ramani and my office is at 401 Dandia Bazar, inside Alankar Appartment. Since I am on the fourth floor, it is a bit away from the street noise, which helps me think. Dandia Bazar is always full of life, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. I have been working from this location for several years now. It is a small space, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. I prefer it this way because I can focus on what I am doing without too many distractions. Most of the people who come to see me are regulars who have been here before. We sit down, have a bit of chai sometimes, and talk about what needs to be done. It is a very casual setup. I handle all the work myself, so if there is a delay, it is usually because I am buried under some files or dealing with a tricky task. Life in Alankar Appartment is pretty standard. The neighbors are friendly and we all know each other by name. I did not want a big shopfront on the ground floor because this feels more private and quiet. People usually call my phone before they come up. It is not a fancy life, but it is my way of doing business. Sometimes I stay late if there is a lot to catch up on. The view from the window is mostly other buildings. It is a solid place for me.
