Inc 5 Shoes Pvt Ltd is in the semi-basement of the Niharika 2 building. We are located on R C Dutt Road, right next to the National Plaza in Alkapuri. Being in a semi-basement means we are slightly below street level, so you have to walk down a few steps to get to us. It is a bit cooler down here, which is nice when the sun is out in Alkapuri. The office is not very big. We have shoes stored in almost every corner. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we make it work. The R C Dutt Road is always packed with people and cars, so there is a lot of life right outside our windows. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. We have got a small area where we sit and go over the numbers. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. It is not a corporate environment with lots of rules. We just show up, handle the retail side and the stock, and make sure things are moving along. Being next to National Plaza makes it easy for us to get what we need. It is a decent spot for a business like ours. We do not need anything more than these few rooms and a good location. We just keep it simple.
