Bata India Limited

Our place is over at 14-B in the Naudurga Society along the Main Road in Nizampura. It’s a bit of an interesting address because it also mentions the 29th Main in N S Palya near Dollars Colony and Bannerghatta Road. We are basically situated near the Union Bank, which makes it easy for folks to find us. I work here with a small group of people, and we mostly deal with the stock and the day-to-day running of this branch. Being Bata India Limited, people already know what we do, but this specific location feels more like a local shop than a big corporation. We see a lot of regular faces from the society and the nearby houses. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it stays busy. We spend a lot of time organizing the shelves and making sure everything is where it should be. The 6th cross area is always active, and we are right in the middle of that flow. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone comes in at once, especially in the evenings, but we just handle it one person at a time. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and talking to people about what they need for their families. We don't have any big speeches to give or corporate slogans to shout. We just open the doors in the morning, sweep the floor, and do our best until it’s time to go home. It's a simple, honest way to make a living.
