Hemal R Patel is just where I handle things from over here at B-20 on Ajwa Road. It’s been a while since we set up at the 3rd Cross on 3rd Main. Most days it’s just about getting the work done and making sure people who walk in get what they need without a lot of fuss. I started this because I saw a gap in how things were being handled in our part of town. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. The neighborhood is usually busy, especially during the mornings. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear, but we manage just fine. We don't really do much advertising because most folks just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they pass by. It’s a straightforward setup. You come in, we talk about what you're looking for, and I see if I can help. There isn't a team of twenty people behind the scenes, just a few of us trying to stay on top of the pile of papers on the desk. Life moves pretty fast around here but we try to keep a steady pace so nothing gets missed. It is just a local spot where things get handled. If you are around Ajwa Road, you’ve probably seen the building. We try to be here most days of the week.
