Hanif Brokerage

You can find Hanif Brokerage over at Tamhane Complex, specifically at number 9. We are located in the Sanmodi Society area of Tandalja. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, which is nice for getting things done. We’ve been here for a bit and people in the society know us. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this office. We help people with their brokerage needs without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we manage to get through the day. The building is easy to spot once you get into Sanmodi Society. We spend our time talking to clients and looking at listings. It’s straightforward work. We don't use big words or try to act like we are something we're not. We just know the Tandalja area really well. If someone needs a hand with something related to property or papers, they usually stop by our desk. We keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in. It's a small space, but it works for us. We’ve had some good years here and hope to have some more. Life in the complex is pretty predictable, and that’s fine by us. We just try to be honest with everyone who comes in and do the work right the first time so nobody has to come back twice. It isn't a glamorous job, but it's our job.
