Gujarat Refinery Hospital Iocl

This hospital is tucked away at 106 tapti guest house, and since we are part of the Gujarat Refinery and IOCL, our main focus is the people who work here and their families. It’s a bit of a unique setup because we operate within the guest house area, which makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard city hospital. We see the same faces every day—the workers from the refinery, the staff living on-site, and their kids. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so there’s a lot of familiarity in the hallways. We don't have a big marketing budget or a need to attract new customers from far away. We’re just here to take care of our own community. The rooms are basic but clean, and we keep the pharmacy stocked with the essentials. A typical day involves routine check-ups, some minor injuries from the site, and the occasional fever or flu going around the colony. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks and making sure they’re doing okay with their health. It’s not a place for flashy equipment or corporate slogans. It’s just a reliable spot where refinery families can go when they need a doctor. We keep our records in order and make sure the clinic stays quiet and efficient for everyone who lives nearby. It is just how we do things here.
