Geetanjali Tours & Travels

Geetanjali Tours & Travels is situated in Dandia Bazar at Alandi Phata. We are tucked behind Jubilee Baug and we are also near Soniwadi. It is a bit of a maze in this part of town with the narrow streets, but it is a lively neighborhood to be in. Our office is just a small room with some old desks and a few chairs for people who come in to talk about their travel plans. We have some maps on the wall and a few posters of different places, but it is a very simple setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer checking for tickets and routes. Being near Soniwadi means we see a lot of locals walking by every day. We aren't a big travel company with a lot of branches. We just have this one spot behind Jubilee Baug where we help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from Dandia Bazar, but we just keep the door closed and get on with it. We like to offer a cup of tea to anyone who comes in to book a trip because it makes the whole thing feel more relaxed. It is a nice way to earn a living, hearing about where people want to go and helping them get there. We’ve been at Alandi Phata for quite a while now.
