Geeta Hair Art

Geeta Hair Art is my small shop in the Bmc Shopping Centre. It is located right on Refinery Road in Gorwa. If you know where Bapu Dargah is, we are just near there. I started this place because I liked cutting hair and wanted my own spot to work. It is not very big inside. There is enough room for a couple of chairs and some waiting space for people. Usually, we have the radio playing some songs in the background to keep things lively. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or people working near the refinery. They just want a quick trim or a shave before going home. I don't use fancy equipment, just the regular scissors and clippers that work well. Sometimes the floor gets covered in hair when we get busy on weekends. I try to sweep up as fast as I can between customers. It is just me and one other guy helping out sometimes. We have seen kids grow up coming here for their school haircuts over the years. It feels nice to be part of the community in Vadodara. The shopping center can be a bit noisy with all the other shops around, but it is a good location for us. We don't have a big website or anything fancy. People just see the board and walk in. We try to keep the mirrors clean, though they get dusty pretty fast with the road right there.
